Had to hurry to the dentist around noon today to have yet another broken tooth pulled out. It was nice knowing it was being taken out, because it won't be a problem for me anymore. However, the tooth was fairly broken, and frail, and also had been damaged for so long that tissue had grown over it, making it a bit more challenging to extract. Was prescribed darvocet for pain. Didn't fill. Mostly because my doctor has kind of banned me from taking stronger Rx.
Came home, slept. Two hours later, woke up with the worst pain ever. Took advil, slept more.
Am okay now, aside from some swelling. And it feels really weird, because the tooth was in the back, and now there's a hole there.
Needless to say though, having to have the tooth pulled ate up what little money we were going to use to buy my a scanner.
I'll have to wait until next paycheck or next month, whichever provides me the excess to do so.
Need to finish the project I started for Leashy's birthday too, because she's invited me over. Also need to ask her a few questions. *nodnod*
